Car & Golf Cart Care

Collect the vehicle, arrange cleaning and mandatory inspections. Price per unit does not include additional labor or materials needed.

Evaluate and suggest the top two options available on the market that align with your specific needs. We offer insurance for property, cars, and personal liability at discounted rates through our partnerships.

Pool

Cleaning and maintenance to help extend the lifespan of the equipment, prevent costly repairs, and maintain the pool's overall appearance and function.

Gardening

Lawn maintenance activities include cutting the grass, removing weeds, and planting new vegetation.

Grocery Shopping

Overseeing the ordering and delivery of groceries, managing inventory and stock levels, coordinating with the grocery store.

Deep Cleaning Interior

Thorough and intensive cleaning process that goes beyond the regular cleaning routine: inside cupboards, shelves, walls, and corners.

Annual Paint touch ups

Maintenance activity addressing small areas of damage or wear on painted surface.

Annual AC/Heat Maintenance

Inspection and replacement of air conditioning and heating system components, as well as cleaning or replacing air filters on an annual basis.

Annual Equipment Inspection

Examination of various types of equipment, such as pool pumps, heaters, motors, garage door remotes, etc., to ensure their proper functioning and identify any potential issues.

Annual AC/Heat Maintenance

Inspection and replacement of air conditioning and heating system components, as well as cleaning or replacing air filters on an annual basis.

Wood Maintenance

Regular care and upkeep of wooden surfaces, such as decks, windows, and shutters.

Additional inspections requested by homeowners beyond weekly inspection.

Non-routine maintenance tasks, such as leak repair, pump failure, door repair, air-con troubleshooting, etc.

Extraordinary Property Management Work

Non-standard tasks such as procurement and attendance at condominium meetings.

Check-in and Check-out Inspections

Pre and post-rental property inspections to ensure proper condition, with damage reporting (only charged for non-exclusive rentals).

Cleaning Service - all inclusive

Cleaning service - price per hour/per maid, inclusive of cleaning supplies and insurance, plus toilet paper and trash bags. 30% surcharge on public holidays and Sundays.

Laundry

Laundry service - price per kg for basic items, excluding carpets, duvets, and curtains.

Owner Staff Training Incl.

Comprehensive training for dedicated staff on standard operating procedures for home management and rental program.

Calendar Management Incl.

Calendar management for guest and owner bookings, including cleaning, maintenance, and scheduling of necessary tasks.

Exit Inspection Incl.

Thorough inspection of the property after checkout to ensure everything is in order, with security deposits being acted upon in the case of any issues

Check-in Amenity Incl.

Pre-arrival inspection, transfer to the rental company representative, and preparation of the arrival amenities for Tripwix guests.

SEF - Registration of guestsIncl.

Registration of the property with the SEF and online submission of renter information 24/48 hours after check-in, based on the information provided by the rental company.
